Yoga

NMCC has offered a local, affordable, healthy was to share with our community, connecting care for oneself and the earth in a holisitic and spiritual manner since 2013.

We currently offer both live community yoga classes on Zoom and an outdoor Yoga class when weather permits.  Our classes are led by Vicki Earl, our 200-hour certified yoga instructor.

Is now the time to add Yoga to your Winter routine?   Or know someone interested in joining you?

Our Instructor

Vicki found her love for yoga right here at NMCC back in 2013 when classes started to be offered.  She enjoys many types of yoga from gentle and restorative to hatha and vinyasa.  One of the gifts of the COVID quarantine period was that it afforded her the time to not only increase her personal yoga practice but also to complete her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Farm based in Ithaca, New York.  This training gave her the ability to share the gift of yoga with her friends, family and the NMCC community as well as increasing her own focus on living more mindfully, personal and spiritual growth. Her teaching style is a combination of gentle and vinyasa flow and she provides modifications and suggestions for varying levels of students throughout the class.
