Programs

Circle Nursery School's programs are play-based and rich in social and emotional, cognitive, and physical developmental experiences. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for children and their families. Our classes offer a wide and varied curriculum and include "in house" field trips. Some favorites have included visits from Mystic Aquarium, Cool-ology science, Curious Creatures, Bauer Park, and the North Madison Volunteer Fire Company.

Circle Tots

This program is for 2-year olds and their caregiver. The program meets one morning a week from 9:15 to 10:45am. Children develop independence and socialization in preparation for nursery school. This is a great introduction to school and helps both the children and adults develop new friendships.

Three's

This program is offered to children who are three or will turn three by the end of the calendar year. The Three's is a warm and nurturing preschool program that is often a child's first school experience. There is a strong focus on social and emotional development in addition to cognitive, physical, and creative activities. This class is offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and includes a snack and lunch which is brought from home. Children must be potty trained.

Four's

This program is offered to children who are four or will be turning four by the end of the calendar year. The main goals of this class are to encourage children's love of learning, provide many opportunities to explore their world, and prepare for kindergarten. Our staff offer a wide variety of hands on activities encompassing all areas of a child's development. This class is offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm and includes a snack and lunch which is provided from home.

Five's

This program is offered to children who will turn five in the fall, winter, and early spring months and is designed to prepare children for kindergarten. Our play based curriculum meets each child at his or her individual developmental level and the children's interests help to guide the themes and hands on activities. This class is offered as a four or five day program from 9:00am to 1:00pm and includes a snack and lunch which is brought from home.
